Vidzeme Hospital: Excentr machine is our "Purchase of the Century"
Vidzeme Hospital is the largest hospital in Vidzeme's territory, outside of Riga, with over 700 employees. The hospital is located in northeastern Latvia and has over 100 years of history. How did you decide you wanted an Excentr floor maintenance machine?
Realizing the hospital's needs and understanding how important not only the visual, but also the bacterial environment is at this time, we concluded that we had not improved anything and began to be interested in various equipment that would facilitate the employee's work, improve time consumption, and cleaning quality.
Knowing the existing market and communicating with Profiks Clean representatives, we were invited to the presentation, where they kindly and responsively informed us about the offer. The Excentr machine "stood out" among the available options due to its simplicity, ease of use, and quiet operation, because we need a satisfied patient so that we do not disturb his peace or the treatment process. We purchased the Excentr machine in 2021 and use it one to two weeks per month on average.
What factors led You to choose the unique Excentr floor maintenance machine?
Prior to the Excentr machine, we cleaned the floor with a variety of strong chemical cleaning agents, brushes, and abrasive sponges. It is critical in the hospital environment to use as few chemicals as possible. We are environmentally responsible not only on the hospital grounds but also in the neighboring communities since we use the Excentr machine with a minimal amount of water.
Another critical factor is the availability of workers. With Excentr currently, one person is doing the work of four. There are two types of flooring in the hospital: tiles and linoleum. It is simple to work on such diverse floor coverings by simply changing the abrasives on the machine. The device is extremely convenient and simple to use, requiring no special training, knowledge, or effort. Ergonomically comfortable, simple to understand, and adjustable to employee height.

I would recommend this equipment to everyone in the cleaning industry, we recommend it to other hospitals as well and definitely, it is our "purchase of the century" and one of the most valuable equipment in the hospital’s cleaning department.
