The product is free of chlorine and phosphate, has excellent cleaning properties and effectively removes starch and albumen, especially at high conveyor speeds. Prevents starch build-up and provides clean and hygienic dishes. ARCANDIS-Forte is a soft water product and especially suitable for use with very soft water up to 3°dH (German degree of hardness) (0.534 mmol/L). With higher water hardness levels, please always install a water-softening system.
